SPORTNATION.BET REWARDS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("REWARDS TERMS") CAREFULLY AS THEY CONTAIN IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, REMEDIES AND OBLIGATIONS WITH REGARDS TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE SPORTNATION REWARDS SCHEME (THE “REWARDS SCHEME”).
THE GENERAL TERMS OF SPORTNATION.BET FOUND AT https://www.sportnation.bet/terms_and_conditions/ SHALL ALSO APPLY TO THESE REWARDS TERMS AND IN THE EVENT OF ANY INCONSISTANCY, THE GENERAL TERMS SHALL APPLY.
1 ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
- 1.1 These Rewards Terms, together with the General Terms, contain the comprehensive and complete terms which govern your participation in the Rewards Scheme. We reserve the right to periodically update, modify or amend these Rewards Terms and all such revisions, upon being posted on the SportNation.bet website (the “Website”) shall take effect immediately. Your continued participation in the Rewards Scheme following any such posting shall constitute acceptance of the revisions or changes.
- 2.1 Membership in the Rewards Scheme is free and available to eligible individuals residing in the United Kingdom and Ireland.
- 2.2 Subject to eligibility and clause 2.3, Players are automatically opted into the Rewards Scheme. Your participation in the Rewards Scheme may be cancelled at any time by contacting our customer service team at email@example.com.
- 2.3 The Rewards Scheme is intended solely for recreational and entertainment purposes and players considered, in our sole discretion, to be abusing the Rewards Scheme by any means may have Rewards Points removed and be subject to further sanctions, including, but not limited to, the forfeiting of all your Rewards Points, the voiding of any Rewards Scheme transactions and/or the suspension or closure of your Player Account.
- 2.4 Participation in the Rewards Scheme is offered at our discretion and may be suspended or cancelled at any time. Any such decision to deny participation shall be at our sole discretion and shall not be open to appeal or review.
- 2.5. Access to the Rewards Scheme is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Rewards Scheme without notice. You acknowledge and agree that the specific form and/or nature of the Rewards Scheme may change from time to time without prior notice and we may cease providing the Rewards Scheme (or any specific features within the Rewards Scheme) to you at our sole discretion, without prior notice to you.
- 2.6. If your SportNation account becomes suspended or closed for any reason, including, but not limited to, through self-exclusion, all Rewards Points shall be forfeited.
3 REWARDS POINTS
- 3.1 Players eligible to participate in the Rewards Scheme earn Rewards Points for various types of activity on the Website. Rewards Points can only be won, and Rewards Points can only be accumulated, via real money play. Rewards Points may take up to 48 hours to be credited to your Rewards Balance after successfully completing a qualifying action.
- 3.2 Any Rewards Points balance does not reflect any stored value. It is strictly and expressly forbidden to trade Rewards Points for monetary exchange or transfers for any value other than via the Rewards Store. Such activity will result in immediate termination of your Account at our sole discretion.
- 3.3 Any Rewards Points credited to your balance as a result of an error, mistake or omission shall be invalid and will be cancelled. Any Rewards Points credited to you as a result of an error, mistake or omission are not available for redemption and where any such Rewards Points have been used to redeem any item from the Rewards Store, such redemption shall be cancelled, including for the avoidance of doubt, any associated winnings derived from the redemption of any free bets, free spins or bonuses.
- 3.4 Rewards Points may only be redeemed in our Rewards Store. We retain the right to manage, control, modify and/or eliminate the redemption of Rewards Points at our sole discretion. The redemption value and availability of Rewards Points are subject to change without notice.
- 3.5 Some Rewards won or redeemed via the Rewards Scheme may be subject to play-through requirements.
- 3.6 Your Rewards Points balance will expire if you have not made a successful log in to your Account within a 180 day period. If you have not logged into your account within this time frame, all Rewards Points currently on your account will be forfeited.
4. REWARDS STORE
- 4.1 In order for you to redeem Rewards Points in the Rewards Store, we may be required to share your personal information with our third-party data processors who assist with the provision of the Rewards Store and the processing of orders. By using the Rewards Store, you confirm that you agree to this. These third parties will not use your personal information for any other purposes.
- 4.2 The Rewards Store is only available to Website Account holders and products, services, promotions, bonuses and any other items available in the Rewards Store (the “Products”) can only be redeemed using Rewards Points.
- 4.3 Each Product in the Rewards Store can be bought using the number of Rewards Points stated on the relevant page, subject to availability. To order a Product, you must have enough Rewards Points in your Rewards balance to pay the full amount of your order, otherwise your order will be cancelled.
- 4.4. The Rewards Points value of Products within the Rewards Store are subject to change from time to time.
- 4.5 You are solely responsible for putting the correct data onto the order forms and for the accuracy of the email address, delivery address and contact telephone number you provide in your account information. Incorrect information may result in delayed delivery and we may need to charge you for extra delivery charges.
- 4.6 Orders for Products are deemed accepted only once you receive an email confirming that the relevant Product(s) have been dispatched/delivered.
- 4.7 Subject to clauses 4.5 and 4.9, delivery is free on all products unless otherwise stated in the description of the product. If you have ordered a physical product, a delivery estimate will be provided in the product description.
- 4.8. You may choose the address for delivery of Products provided such address is within the UK. This does not have to be the same as the address registered in your Account.
- 4.9 We do not deliver Products outside of the UK. When your order is dispatched, we will notify you of any tracking information. You must make sure someone is available to receive and sign for the product on delivery. Failure to do so may result in excess delivery charges if the order cannot be delivered.
- 4.10 All Products are subject to availability. If we cannot supply a Product you have chosen (e.g. if it is out of stock or no longer available), we will let you know by e-mail and you may order another Product or have your Rewards Points credited back to your account.
- 4.11 Although we have made every effort to show accurate pictures of the Products, Products may vary from those images and descriptions contained within the Rewards Store.
- 4.12 We reserve the right to withdraw any Product from the Rewards Store at any time.
- 4.13 No representations, warranties, conditions or other terms are made, given or accepted by SportNation.bet and no other terms shall apply, as between SportNation.bet and any person, in relation to any Product redeemed in the Rewards Store, including without limitation any terms as to suitably, reliability, satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose, or any other implied terms, all of which SportNation.bet exclude to the maximum extent permitted by law. 4.14 Except that we do not exclude or limit our liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that may not, by law, be limited or excluded, SportNation.bet accepts no liability whatsoever and however arising in relation to your use (or inability to use) any Product, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- 4.15 When you receive your Product(s) please check them straight away to make sure they are the right Products and that they are not damaged or faulty. If you notice any damage, please let the courier know and contact our customer services team immediately. You must notify us of any problems with the Products within the following timescales:
(a) If you receive the wrong product, you must let us know within 7 days of delivery;
(b) If any product is damaged or faulty when it arrives, you must let us know within 7 days of delivery.
Failure to notify us within the above timeframes shall result in your deemed acceptance of the Products and you shall have no further right of return or refund. This does not affect any statutory rights you may have.
- 4.16 When notifying us of an incorrect, damaged or faulty item, please provide the order number, Product name, description of the problem and photograph of any damage. We will then arrange as appropriate for correction or your order or replacement of the Product, or we may at our discretion choose to credit the Rewards Points back to your account.
- 4.17 Any Product that is damaged by you or after delivery to you or through general wear and tear will not be replaced or refunded.
- 4.18 In addition to these rights, some of the Products available from our shop (e.g. electrical items) come with a manufacturer's guarantee. For details of the applicable terms and conditions, please refer to the manufacturer's guarantee provided with the products.
