Managing Your Activity

Setting Your Own Limits

If you have an account with us, you can control and manage your own gambling activity as follows:

- Deposit limits allow you to limit the amount of money you can deposit into your account on either a daily, weekly or monthly basis. Daily limit is considered as a 24 hour time slot from the moment when deposit limit was activated.

- Loss limits allow you to limit the amount you are prepared to lose on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.

- Stake limits allow you to limit the total amount you are able to wager within a day, week or month.

If you have an account with us, you can control and manage the amount of time you can spend on the site in any single session.

Time Out

Our time-out facility allows you to take a short break from gambling. We offer the ability to request a 12 hour, 24 hour, 7 day or one month time-out via the “Account Restrictions” button within your Account Page.

You may also request any other time-out period up to a maximum of 6 weeks by emailing your request to our Customer Support team at

Once your request for a time-out has been activated, your account will be blocked and you will not be able to play on our website or deposit into your account for the duration of the time-out period. Your account shall be automatically re-instated after the time-out period has expired.


If you consider the need to take a longer break from gambling, we provide a self-exclusion facility which allows you to prevent yourself from accessing your account for a minimum period of 6 months, up to a maximum period of 5 years. You can access the self-exclusion facility via the “Account Restrictions” button within your Account Page.

If you self-exclude, any funds in your account(s) will be sent back to your registered payment method. If you have any pending bets, any resulting account balance will be paid out to you when all such bets have been settled. Once the self-exclusion period has expired, the exclusion will remain in place until a request is received by our Customer Support team at to reactivate your account. Such a request is confirmed via a phone call, and the reinstatement will take effect 24 hours after the confirmation. Re-registering online will not be available.

In the event you initiate a self-exclusion, we would recommend that you seek help and support from a recognised gambling support organization.
