I can’t login

If you are unable to log in, firstly check that you are entering your username and password correctly. Remember that the password is case sensitive.


How do I choose a Username and Password?

Your username needs to be between six (6) and twenty (20) characters and cannot be in use already. The password needs to consist of at least eight (8) characters and must include upper and lower case letter(s) and one special character.

Can I have more than one SportNation account?

No. Customers are not allowed to hold more than one account with SportNation. If you are unsure if you had an account previously then please contact us and we can check for you. Please do not open a second account.

How old do I have to be to register at sportnation?

You must to be at least 18 years old to hold an account with sportnation. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 18 to open an account and/or gamble. The Company reserves the right to request proof of age from any customer and may suspend an account until adequate verification is received.

How can I withdraw my funds if I place my deposit using Boku?

How can I change my payment method.

If you fund your account using multiple payment methods, we are required to process any withdrawal request you make proportionally between the methods you have used to deposit with. How many credit/debit cards can I register to my account?

The credit/debit card I have already registered is now expired. What should I do?

To update your credit/debit card you must login and make a new deposit using the new card details.
Go to your personal details, from the drop-down menu select personal details. A new menu will appear from this select deposit, a new tab will emerge centre screen prompting you to make a new deposit. Input the amount you wish to deposit (Minimum £10). You will then be taken to the Payment Method section of your account, selected the expired card from the list, then simply input the new expiry date, overwriting the previous date. By clicking “Deposit” the new deposit will be initiated, and your new expiry date saved.

How do I remove an already registered credit/debit card?

To remove a registered credit/debit card, please contact a member of our SportNation Customer Support Team via help@sportnation.bet, letting them know the credit/debit card you wish to remov and they we will assist you. The removal process usually takes no longer than 48 hours and you will be notified once the process is complete. Please note; you may be asked to provide identification documents for verification purposes.

Why was my credit card payment cancelled?

We would advise that in the first instance you check with our customer support team via email at help@sportnation.bet.  However, please check the following list for reasons why your credit card payment may have been refused:

1.    More and more banks offer 3D Secure code for credit card transactions. If your bank offers this service your credit card needs to be activated. Please contact your bank and request the activation and information of the 3D Secure code. The 3D Secure Code is also called Verified by VISA or MasterCard Secure Code.
2.    It is possible that your bank does not accept payments or sets up a limitation for payments to gambling companies. Please contact your bank for more information.
3.    Due to security reasons no further deposits will be possible after ten payments (successful or denied) within 12 hours. Please note that you need to wait for 12 hours otherwise the waiting time will reset to another 12 hours.

How do I request a withdrawal?

Why do I have to verify my account?

To comply with our legal and licensing regulations we are required to verify the data you have registered in your account. Therefore, we might ask you to send us your ID and a proof of address. How do I verify my account?

The following documents can be used:Photographic ID: We require valid, up to date photo documentation. Proof of Address: We must be able to verify the address as registered on your account. A recent utility bill, solicitors letter, bank statement, tenancy agreement or any other similar legal document sent to your registered address is acceptable. How do I change my registered address?

Can I change my name or date of birth?

For legal reasons, your first name, last name and date of birth cannot be changed directly in your account settings. In the event you would like to change any of the above, kindly send an email to our support team at help@sportnation.bet.

How Do I View My Transaction History?

You can view up to your last 12 months' transaction history from within the "Transaction History" section of your Account. Simply choose the period of time you want to review from the drop down menu. Your Transaction History over and above the preceding 12 months can be requested in writing from our Customer Service team at help@sportnation.bet. The Transaction History also details your lifetime Net Deposit amount.

Responsible Gaming

What Responsible Gaming tools are available to me?

·         Deposit Limits - Deposit limits allow you to restrict the amount you can deposit in to your account in a 24 hour, weekly and monthly period. Once you have reached any set limits, you will not be able to deposit until the reset date.

·         Time-Out - Time out periods allow you to take a break from the website for any time period between 24 hours and 6 weeks. Once this time has elapsed then your account will be reinstated automatically.

Can I set limits on my gambling activity?

If you would like to decrease or increase any limits you have set such changes can be made directly within the Responsible Gambling tab.

Decreasing your limits will take effect immediately.In the event you would like to increase your Deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly) the new set up will not take place until at least 24 hours following the limit increase request.

Daily limit is considered as a 24 hour time slot from the moment when deposit limit was activated.

Can I change my limits?

I want to take a break from gambling, can I restrict my account?

How can I self-exclude myself from your site?
